you can make this next time you have some goat cheese around:
the recipe is via myrecipes. I usually make a smaller batch, use only fraction of the oil, skip the saute-the-garlic stage and just blend it all together and then heat it for a bit. I've made it about five times since finding the recipe a month ago. helps that red peppers have been on sale for 3 for a $1.
